How 411 Cars works
We're upfront about this, because the question comes up on every call.
We're not a car dealership
We don't own these vehicles and we can't sell you one. We're a referral service. The cars you see here belong to a licensed Toyota dealership in North Miami, and they handle the sale, the paperwork, the financing and the title.
The dealership pays us, you don't
When we send them a buyer, they pay us a referral fee. That's the entire business. You pay the dealership exactly what you would have paid if you'd found the car yourself — our involvement doesn't add a cent to your price.
So what do you actually get out of it?
Someone who answers the phone, checks whether the car is still there before you drive out, speaks your language, and makes sure you're expected instead of standing around on a Saturday afternoon waiting for whoever's free.
Why the reference code matters
It's how the dealership knows you came from us, and it's how they know which car to have ready. Bring it — it's the difference between being a walk-in and being an appointment.
